WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE USING THIS CHEST FREEZER?

Our machine has inside compressor and it needs to stand still for 24 hours before your usage.

WHY THERE WOULD BE SOME FROST IN YOUR FREEZER?

1. The temperature that you have set is too cold, you could make it to 3-4 level. 2. The door of the chest freezer is not fully closed. 3. The food that you have stored in the freezer contains too much moisture.

WHAT IS THE NOISE LEVEL OF THIS DEEP FREEZER?

Dear customer, the noise level is only 38 dB, which won’t affect you doing anything.

HOW DO I DRAIN THE WATER OUT AFTER DEFROSTING?

There is a drain hole at the bottom of this chect freezer, you could drain the water through that.

COULD I PLACE THIS MACHINE IN A BUILT-IN SPACE?

You’d better avoid that, our machine needs some space to lose heat, an overly compact space will affect its effectiveness.
